Carolina Decks is just the absolute best. Not exaggerating in the least bit. I had an idea in my head of what I wanted. Luke came by, took the time to listen to me and what I wanted, sketch it out, give me some ideas to consider and what I should stay away from 😉, at a fair and reasonable price. It turned out perfect. Each team – from construction to roofing to electrical – was professional and efficient. (And left a clean work area at the end of each day!!!!) Jesse stayed in contact with me throughout the project, following up, ensuring that we are on schedule and in scope. In the end, it was a seamless experience and gorgeous results. I am so happy I went with Carolina Decks, to install a retractable screen for my enclosed patio.  The framing of the screen matches to my brand new build, as if the builder offered the product themselves.
What’s really amazing is the quick response from the company, especially Luke Chapman who drove over to my house, to resolve a reprogramming issue of my somfy remote (that I spent a day 1/2 researching why the screen would not respond to the remote). They were able to give us exactly what we wanted with quality workmanship and an amazing finished product. Luke was fantastic! We had an initial concept of what we wanted for our three season porch and patio and Luke provided us with creative ideas to make it even better.
