Baxter Village was designed around a simple idea: homes close enough to the sidewalk that the front porch actually gets used. It’s part of the master plan itself, not an afterthought, and the same walkable, front-porch character carries over into Massey.

When we build here, the goal is a porch that looks like it was part of the original architectural package from David Weekley, Pulte, or Saussy Burbank, not something added on later. We design within Baxter Village and Massey’s architectural guidelines so the finished porch belongs on the street it’s built on.

Springfield and Gold Hill are some of Fort Mill’s more established addresses, many built around the golf course and matured over fifteen-plus years into genuine neighborhoods with real tree canopy.

A deck or porch here has to solve a specific problem: capturing the golf-course view without losing privacy from the fairway or the neighbors. We design decks and screened porches with sightlines and screening in mind from the first sketch, not as a fix after the build.

Tega Cay sits on Lake Wylie, and a lakefront lot changes the entire design conversation.

Indian Land, along the Highway 521 corridor, is some of the newest construction in the entire Fort Mill and south Charlotte market, and the deck or porch that came with your new build usually wasn’t designed, it was included.

We work within the HOA architectural guidelines common to Indian Land’s newer subdivisions to design a custom composite deck or covered porch that actually elevates the home instead of looking like a builder-grade add-on.
