Timbertech Coastline Decking/Belgard Magnolia Pavers
This beautiful porch on Lake Norman has classic lines and beauty. Our client wanted a space to entertain while taking in the views of the lake. We think this porch does all that and more!
Timbertech’s coastline decking was used on the upstairs to create a comfortable place to walk out barefoot and enjoy the lake views. Since it doesn’t get as hot when you’re running to and from the lake you don’t have to worry about putting on sandals every time you walk across it.
We screened in the upper porch using Screeneze to keep the unwanted pests out and to create a comfortable place to share a meal outdoors.
Cable railing was installed along the stone wall and on the upper deck to tie the two area together and create a safe place for everyone to gather.
The lower patio ties the home, lake and backyard together to create a seamless, easy transition from lake to home.

Our Tailwood project has to be one of our favorites to date. When we first met with the homeowners they wanted something that reminded them of the beach. We used Ezebreeze windows to close in the porch and allow for multi season use. We added heaters to keep it warm in the winter. Sconce lights were added to give it character and provide soft lighting. Cool grey composite decking was used for the flooring. We couldn’t be happier with how this outdoor living space turned out! There is just so much space to enjoy. This projects backyard faced the cul-de-sac. Our customer wanted to way to keep an open-air feel but also have a way to close it up. We used the Mirage retractable screens to accomplish this. This porch also featured composite flooring, black aluminum handrail, a built-in cocktail bar, and Infratech heaters.
