We used Mirage motorized screens to allow this client to create an open air porch when they wanted to but with the click of a button they could turn it into a three season room. Mirage offers both screen and vinyl options to meet all clients needs.
Trex Winchester grey composite decking was installed on the outdoor grilling deck to ensure maintenance free living for many years to come. Bare feet coming up from the lake won’t have to worry about splinters or nail pops on this beautiful, comfortable and safe deck.
The outdoor gas fireplace was installed to provide a warm retreat on a cold fall or winters day. With the windows closed and the fireplace on it’s a great place to gather with friends while still be outdoors.
The lower patio ties the home, lake and backyard together to create a seamless, easy transition from lake to home.

Our Tailwood project has to be one of our favorites to date. When we first met with the homeowners they wanted something that reminded them of the beach. We used Ezebreeze windows to close in the porch and allow for multi season use. We added heaters to keep it warm in the winter. Sconce lights were added to give it character and provide soft lighting. Cool grey composite decking was used for the flooring.
