Luke and his team were outstanding to work with. My project included the demo of a 20×14 concrete pad and the installation of a composite deck. My wife and I recently hired Carolina Decks to install a pergola in our backyard, and we have nothing but great things to say about our experience! Luke responded quickly to our request for a quote. His visited to inspect the circumstances (we had to tear out an existing deck and attached arbor) was courteous and professional. He came back again to answer additional questions as our plans matured. We ultimately doubled the size of our existing deck and chose to use composite flooring. Luke worked efficiently and remained flexible as we threw additional ideas at him. He was able to communicate in layman’s terms why an idea would or wouldn’t work and offered potential alternatives if feasible. The daily communication and interaction insured that our custom built deck and pergola were exactly what we envisioned. We would highly recommend going with Luke Chapman and Carolina Decks.
