Luke and his team explained every step of the process, and we were totally pleased with the results. The workmanship was first rate, and the crew was respectful of our home and our property. Hermelindo is an artist when it comes to deck construction--every detail was done expertly, from the substructure to the railing alignment. We had tired of constant maintenance on our old wood deck, and the composite TimberTech deck not only looks great, but we know that we will get years of enjoyment out of it! I couldn't recommend Carolina Decks more highly.

They did excellent work and were great at communicating the timing and steps of construction. We are so happy with our sunroom and looking forward to spending lots of time in there with our family! Highly recommend Carolina Decks!

We needed to rebuild an upper-level deck due to structural issues caused by age (20 years) and poor design, and Carolina Decks was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Great design up front, and quality workmanship throughout. Project completed on time and on budget. We highly recommend them.

My husband & I had our deck replaced by Carolina Decks. We had a great experience from the first design meeting with Luke Chapman, the guys building the deck (very professional and polite) and working with the Project Manager, Li Zhou. I would highly recommend them for a new deck project.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Carolina Decks on our custom composite deck and gable-style roof project. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, organized, and stress-free.

Tammy in finance was incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything easy and clear. Li, our project manager, was exceptional—professional, communicative, and on top of every detail. And Luke, the owner, was phenomenal to work with—hands-on, knowledgeable, and truly committed to quality.

The craftsmanship is top-notch and the final result exceeded our expectations. The quality of work and attention to detail really show. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Carolina Decks to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-built deck and roof system.
